The Marketing Administrative Associate will work closely with the Marketing Team on the production of our Offering Memorandums (Marketing Sales Packages) and perform other administrative tasks. This position requires an individual who demonstrates a genuine interest in the work, has meticulous attention to detail and excellent design skills.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage and coordinate with our internal and external partners to to drive direction and implementation of marketing efforts for our exclusive commercial property listings
  • Manage and edit marketing offering memorandums (sales packages)
  • Manage the property listings and sales collateral on all platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Assist with managing our email campaigns
  • Manage tasks within our project databases such as: Quickbase, Salesforce, Asana and Buildout
  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive report on weekly analytics to track key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly marketing team meetings
  • Assist in ad hoc marketing projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to focus and execute on tasks without error
  • 2 years of experience in a corporate/office environment, marketing experience preferred
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Skills Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Wordpress
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign
