Sands Investment Group (SIG), is accepting applications for a highly-selective Senior Retail Broker position on our Investment Sales Team in Chicago, IL. Individuals will be joining our growing office in Chicago. Prior commercial real estate experience is explicitly required, experience in Sale-Leasebacks, and Business & Real Estate transactions preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all cycles of your Deal Pipeline. Including but not limited to: Leads, Proposals, Listings, Offers, PSAs, Due Diligence, Escrow and Closings
- Cultivated internal relationships to collaborate with other SIG leaders across the organization to win business
- Interface with clients clearly and effectively via phone calls, in person meetings and email
- Make agreed upon number of lead-generating calls per week, as determined by Managing Director
- Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads
- Coach and mentor junior level brokers
- Hold daily/weekly team huddles to maintain core alignment on team objectives
- Work with Managing Director and Executive Team to build a unique and distinct business plan to gain market share within your niche of the market
- Be the point of contact on main accounts within your investment sales sector for the Chicago Team
